About the Marketplace

The Shetland Arts and Crafts (SAC) Marketplace is a collection of shops from our members. SAC administrate the shop on behalf of our members.

All orders on the shop are fulfilled directly by our members. Your order will be distributed to each member you have ordered from for them to process. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is used.

SAC reserve the right cancel or suspend the marketplace at any time.

Delivery and Postage

Dispatch and delivery of items is handled by our member store owners. Please check individual store policies and product pages for delivery rates, lead times and information.

Delivery is only available to UK addresses. For international orders, please contact our members directly.

If you are ordering from multiple member stores in one transaction, you will pay multiple delivery costs as they are sent individually.

Refund Policy

Customers may cancel their order within 14 days of receiving your order. Goods must be returned to the members that were ordered from, and a full refund will be given.

Customers are responsible for return postage for cancelled orders or unwanted items.

For faulty goods or issues with your order, please contact the member store that you ordered from to find a resolution. SAC will step in to assist if required.

Note that for custom made products refunds are generally not allowable. This will be stated where appropriate on the product descriptions.
